About Us

Nanning Hardware Fasteners Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer engaged in the research, development, production and sales of standard and non-standard fasteners, like threaded rods, anchor bolts and nuts, etc. With more than 50 years' manufacturing history (predecessor of Nanning Standard Component Factory).

Adhering to the management idea of "quality first, users first", our company has established quality assurance system for product sales, sourcing, research & development and inspection. We have obtained ISO9001:2008 international quality system certificate. We mainly produce all kinds of standard and non-standard threaded rods, with production capacity of 50 million pieces per year. Our products comply with the standards of GB (China), DIN, ANSI, BS, JIS and ISO. We use materials of carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel, with properties of grade 5.8, 6.8, 8.8, 10.9, A2-50 and A4-70. We also supply various nuts of grade 6, 8, 10, A2-50, A2-70, A4-50 and A4-70.

Our annual production capacity is up to 50 million pieces. Products are widely applied in construction, machinery, road engineering and chemical industry. We also produce special fasteners for nuclear power stations and high-speed railway, or make according to customers' drawings and technical requirements. Our products sell well in all cities and provinces of China, and are also exported to Europe and America.

Our company has complete and advanced testing equipment such as hardness tester, materials tensile testing machine, universal tool microscope, chemistry analyzer, coordinates projector and metalloscope to ensure the product quality.
